Our handcrafted pizza
is baked in a traditional deck oven; never on conveyor belts.
We use only 100% whole milk mozzarella, freshly packed California
tomatoes and top-quality herbs and seasoning. We make our
dough fresh daily and then let it rest for a minimum of
36 hours, which helps the dough develop its natural flavors.
The end result is a crust that is thin, foldable and slightly
chewy akin to New York style. Our
promise to you is perfect pizza EVERY time. If
you don't feel your pizza is perfect, we'll make it again
it's that simple!
Great pizza takes time
well never be fast food. When dining at Happy
Pie, wait times can be expected if we have high volume
especially on Friday and Saturday nights. However, you are
always welcome to phone in your order before coming to Happy
Pie to significantly reduce the wait time while in the restaurant.
Calling ahead will allow you to request a specific time
for pick up or dine in. This reservation system
ensures your pizza will be hot, fresh and ready, and if
you are dining in, a table will be held for you in the dining
room. We do ask, however, that you please arrive ten minutes
before your scheduled time so your pizza can come right
from the oven to your table.
Orders, whether dine
in, pick up or delivery, will be taken until we close, so
dont be afraid to come in or call if you think its
too late. Just be sure to get your order in before 9:00pm,
and we'll make it perfect...WE
